I haven't had an outbreak of aczema since I was a baby, but now it decided to rearits ugly head. It first started with just a rough patch under my right breast, then all the little dots started to appear, and now its completely all over my stomach, lower back, under arms, and pelvic region and onto my thighs. I have been using exederm flare control cream for about a week, but it seems to just keep spreading. any ideas why? Its beginning to appear on my chest now too. I have no idea what to do

i have been suffering for 10 years off and off , I am having treatment (PUVA) at the mom, I suggest you try dermavate from the doctor, leave a bathing products alone and try a fragrance free bath gel, like simple failing that try
Sorry I pressed the wrong key. Try Nivea sensitive products. I am a guinea pig at the mo, trying all sorts as I have the most dreadful itching, it keeps me awake at night then I am grumpy all day. Take an antihistame tablet as well. Hope it helps

I would advise natural remedies guys. I suffered with eczema for many years myself, managing to completely clear it now. If anyone wants more info, feel free to message me!
P.S all these gels, creams & lotions actually agrevates the eczema.
Can I just add that my eczema flared up when I had a really stressful point in life and it took forever for it to subside. I had to use hydrocortisone cream to tame it, and also found savlon was the best thing for moisturising, am currently trying aveeno at the moment.
My eczema has flared up over Xmas, I find stress adds to this condition. I use steroid creams the mild one at first, then apply moisturisers all day.
