My erections

Hey, this is like 3rd post about my erection already. What I am facing is problem with erection. It is not like I can not have any erections, it is just that there are days when the erections is almost same as it used to be before my problems occurred and somedays its almost none erection. It all started around final exam of my high school, I am 19 and not like I was super stressed about it, but it could be linked. I went to doctors and had some tests like testosterone which I have higher in fact. I have high hemoglobin but they said that my body is not having problems with oxygenation. I used to have strong erections every morning but now I dont have them often and my penis feels pretty flabby. Could my body develop some blockade? I ve had similar problems in past but they only lasted for a few days, then all went back to normal. About that flabby penis. It sometimes feels less sensitive. As if it was hanging and feels light. I am planning on visiting some specialists, but my question is, can all this be because of my mind? Or some psychological issues? I dont feel any heavy back pain which could be causing this. Even when my penis is flaccid it feels less sensitive. But I am not sure what can be causing this.

There are two approaches to dealing with this:
i.) simply let the body and mind recover from what has taken place for you, unfortunately this gives you an unknown how long ‘normality’ will take to return. Doing this it would be best if you can engage with physical activities that you do regularly, such as walking, running, cycling and such like. As long as you do not take it to the point of being seriously competitive as this could be a further source of stress. What should eventually happen is while your min=d is focussed elsewhere things simply return to normal for your penis.
ii.) The medical and psychological route - for this you would need to see a Urologist and a Talking Therapies psychologist to get at what is behind the high levels of stress you have experienced and what the ongoing impact of that may be for your mental well-being
