my esr is 53mm/hr what it means is ther any problem

Hi friends i got small tumour at my left under arm.i went to doctor there she found ESR is 53mm/hr.is there any problem for me friends.my age is 33

What kind of tumor was it?Were other tests done?.ESR should be interpreted with other tests.Generally it is an inflammation marker,but it can rise due to many other reasons.
