:D Well i was really pleased today after my first mthly weighing,
I started at 96kg and know i am 93kg which is 8lbs in the first mth and i can say it has not been easy and well i would say to anyone thinking of useing orlistat give it a go it can help you..

I have my first monthly weigh at the doctors on Monday and praying things are good.
I have been weighing myself and i seem to be loosing it in the right direction. So far so good.
Keep going and well done again

Well, i had my first \"official weigh in\" at the doctors today and lost 7kg.
I am so pleased i am off to a good start - it makes me positive and more determined.
So my first stone gone, another 3/4 to go.
