My friend caught me doing something embarrassing and i cant get it out of my head

my friend caught me doing something embarrasing and completely out of character about 4 days ago and i havnt been able to get it out of my head since. normally when something embarassing happens to me it will only take a day to get over it but its been 4 days and its been in my head permantely it has given me anxiety attacks where i start shaking, breathing heavily and my heart starts beating really fast. i cant stop thinking about the fact he will tell everyone and everyone will judge me. i have been excersising loads to try and make my self feel better about my self. i also have been crying alot quite embarrasingly 

 If he is a good friend he will not tell anybody. He knows how embarrassed you would be and he.  A good friend would not do that. 

 I know it's embarrassing for you but whatever people think doesn't matter. Nobody has the right judging you. 

 i'm thinking that you are a good person who treats everyone else fairly. their opinion doesn't matter because they are cruel. 

 no matter what the Outcome, you need to rise above people like that  and remind  yourself  you are  the caring, kind, classy one. 

 if you need to calm down more, YouTube has some excellent meditations for anxiety and being bullied.. 

Just search you tube for "Guided Meditations for Being Bullied "  there are several to choose from and they really may be able to help you!

cheers man i know im ovethinking it and in a couple months it will be irrelavent to my life but its just really hard when you think youre friends are going to judge you. i have also just stopped smoking which might have made it worse

 You are right,  people who embarrass others really get bored with it after a short time then they move on to something else. They will definitely stop thinking about it because they just get on with their lives.

oh no! I'm so sorry. Honestly, whatever you were doing probably isn't that abnormal. People are very fake to the world! Everyone deals with the same struggles, you're not alone! 

What may help you is to do some sort of meditation, where you relax and clear your mind (especially before sleep). You could also try writing down what happened to help you "get it out" of your head. 

Do you have any medication? If you don't taking a little benadryl can help you relax. (check drug interactions if you are taking any medication.)

Hi friends are important however they are not worth making yourself ill over.Hold your head up and don't over think it .l would think your probably in withdrawal from cigarettes which is making you feel emotional etc.l just want to say well done you should be proud of yourself

Everyone masturbates don't worry. Lol. I don't know what you did but don't worry about it. I've heard the exact same thing but it was another guy in this forum.🤔Anyways time will pass by and they will forget. I have fallen in front of many people it was embarrassing good thing I fell like on a push-up position. Lol I should have told them, "you know me I'm just doing a push up here I like staying in shape." 😂😭But nah.. I had days even weeks thinking about it. I wanted to die that day. I was embarrassed but then I think about it and think I'm only human. Always think positive.
