He should go to a doctor sooner rather than later. If he doesn't want to go to his GP, then he can go to the GUM clinic at his local hospital. They are used to dealing with sexually transmitted diseases.

I've tried telling him this and told him that if he's brave enough to tell me then he can go to the doctors he just wants someone to look at them. He's being foolish he just wants confrontation of what his spots look like

On further investigation of the link that I posted above, there are a lot of support organisations that he could contact but really, he has to see a Doctor. He won't be the first and won't be the last.
