Since i had my front teeth crowned my life changed .. specially when i wake up .. they feel so tight and annoying that i start to panic and regret what i have done to my self .. when ever i go to the doctor he says everything is normal put on the night guard and everything is going to be fine .. nothing changed from march ! its even worse than having braces on ! i feel like an old women with tight dentures 
what can i do
