My GAD it am I dying

Okay so I have been known to get anxiety symptoms and they stick around for sometimes a month or so. But this time I'm scared again because latley I have been out of breath doing things in sports that I usually can do just fine and know j can't not focus on it and now it's affecting me when I'm doing more that just sports it's just running up the stairs and I'm greaking iut and concentrating in it so hard I'm so freaked out please help!

Hi, Schwwynn:  I know from experience that anxiety takes everything out of you, and that includes your breathing...It also gives you brain fog...You should go to your doctor and have some tests done..If he/she tells you that you are ok, then chalk it up to anxiety and maybe a little depression...go from there, and try to take deep breaths and let it out slowly...You won't believe how much that will help...Hope this helps you, too...I've had it all....HUGS.
