okay, so first time post!
m girlfriend has had a history of mental health issues, i have too so i know how she is feeling.
but unlike her, all my friends abandoned me when i told them i was feeling suicidal so im not entirely sure how to help her.
im trying to help her on a day to day with small tasks and thing, when she wakes up, have a cup of tea and a cigarette rolled for her, just the small creature comforts.
but the bigger things im struggling to help her with.
she is trying to push me away but im not taking it, i keep telling her im here and alway will be but giving her her own space too.
any tips and help will be very much appreciated.
