My glabella (the area between my eyebrows and eyes) has been red for a long time and it's really depressing me. For some context, I've been applying steroid ointment all over my over my face for almost 4 years without knowing that it's meant to be used for a short time. In June, after knowing this I immediately using it and switched over to E45. How can I reduce the inflammation? Thank you.
