I noticed a red patch on the tip of my penis. That area is usually light pink but can be told apart from my skin, Im not sure but I think it’s always been there.
I just noticed it turned into a bright red color, I noticed after going to pee, and it stings a little bit. Should I be worried of an STD?
I had a full STD screening done in January (all came out negative) and after that I’ve only had unprotected oral sex once.
Any help?

The red rash is likely to be from an underlying or pre-existing skin condition. Can I ask if you have a chronic skin condition like eczema or psoriasis?

I do have a skin condition, Im not completely sure but I do get rashes whenever I scratch any part of my body.
This could explain the penile rash. I suggest you try to see a skin specialist to establish the diagnosis so that you know what it is and how you can look after the condition properly.
