In August, I started experiencing constipation and a frequent sense of bloating after a poor sequence of eating choices. I tried milk of magnesia and got some temporary relief. I went to my Dr. in Sept and he advised that it was likely caused by diet. For about a month, I felt better but recently this feeling came back. I have been a large consumer of pop and junk food but I always have been. I recently turned 25. I know I have worried about this more than I should but I figured I'd reach out and ask if your diet can just cause this changes out of the blue and if anyone else has experienced this?
Get a Blood test for Diabetes...HIAC fasting blood glucose.it can affect your system .Consumption of sugar and white flour products will play havoc with your digestive tract. probablya build up of candida/ years in your system..a very common problem. Use a GOOD probiotic to try and restore your system..but give it a month to work...but Do get some blood work..for diabetes, Celiac disease, and liver (alt/ASt).
I did have blood work done and everything came back normal. I even spoke to my Dr. specifically on that. I haven't truly committed to a changed diet which will probably help. I didn't really think of it but I have eaten a lot of white flour products in the past couple of months. Thank you for the tips!
It is hard to quit the white flour and refined sugar..it is in almost everything but I owuld suggest trying to slowly lower intake rather than a cold turkey..that will really cause probelms..I learned the hard way.. I quit all sugar and white flour (pasta /bread/biscuits etc) and found it impossible to stay on that diet forever so I am now aware of what I eat at all times...
