My hands have a burning sensation, Im 4.5 weeks post op gallbladder surgery

I ate some olive oil and was miserable yesterday and last night. Nausea and a burning sensation in my hands, I dont feel like Im getting better fast enough so perhaps this is anxiety.

doesnt seem to me that this would be gallbladder related. maybe an allergy?
