When ever i gym i feel my hands shake there after and it persist for days and my body vibrates intermetently why?
Are you over doing it at gym, also are you hydrated enough and getting enough nutrition, your sugar levels could also be down, I don't know your age or weight etc which could also effect you.
I am 31 and my weight is 83. I had an accident 10 years ago and my neck was affected, i was even on POP. I do not gym much, as i only do press up and hand coilng. I don not do bench or any other program. But i mostly feel this when ever i gym, i don't really feel this when i stop working out. Could it be the gym?
You didn't answer the question that could possibly be the answer,
these are all very good things to concider.
Are you exercising excessively? If so you could be just very fatigued. Your muscles could be deprived of oxygen,so do remember to breathe deeply when exercising. It could also be that you are not eating properly and your body is demanding fuel from food which is limited. if you are constanly in the gym working out,you need a very good diet to match Try increasing your blood sugar levels and your protein and also have a look at your overall diet. If neither of these help then you should consult a doctor as it could be your thyroid is in need of attention.
exactly. i used to get winded all the time when I exercised, but then found out I had Celiac disease, Polymyositis, and pernicious anemia. I had to change my diet. 15 months later, I am doing much better. A blood work to rule out iron deficincy and test to rule out other things like autoimmune issues is really important.
ebiziano,
If I understand correctly you only weigh 83 lbs. right ? I think the case could possibly be for such a low weight and the fact that you may not be getting enough protein in your diet to help build muscle and hydration is very important when working out. I would get some blood work and find out what all of your levels are before I went any further if I was you. Keep updated please.
Surely not 83 pounds.......I assumed 83kg which is a good weight.
