So..I've been diagnosed with Fibro..and arthrtis..but no definite written down thing.
So I wake up in pain all the time...and no reasonable documented reason.........I'm sick of it.
Have you had specialist blood tests, or xrays?
Yes my hands hurt often as well Missy. According to the latest research, FM patients have too many blood vessels in the hands. So that is sort of the source of all our pain. I find that heat really helps when my hands hurt. I put them under very warm water in the mornings to get the circulation going. And gentle massage helps as well. Just another symptom that we need to accept and cope with. You will too sweetie. Maggie x
Yes my hands hurt Missy,
in fact I hurt everywhere from head to toe and as you know, it really does get you down.
Doctors don't really want to know about Fibro, have you seen a Rheumatologist? that was who diagnosed mine.
