It doesn't hurt just feels werid
Do you have a history of anxiety? If so, the "weird head" is very common. It's hard to explain just feels weird. I've had that many many times over the years.
When you are anxious, your brain sends out adrenaline which causes symptoms like the weird brain feeling. It can't hurt you.
The key is to calm down your mind so your brain is relaxed.
Try meditations on you tube for anxiety. And do slow deep breathing.
Counseling helped me a lot .
You can always see your doctor for peace of mind.
