I found out yesterday that I have gh I'm in so much pain it's unreal.. but the one thing is the peeing I can't handle it. How do you deal with the pain. I have tried warm water bath salt nothing help I can't get my head around all this. Don't know what to think or say or do any help would be appreciated
Vaseline is my lifesaver when ever I have OB's. Also, pat yourself dry DON'T rub. Hope this helps
Drink more water
Drink lots of water to dilute your urine and pour water down below while peeing. Zinc oxide cream is a better barrier cream than Vaseline, as it contains zinc (good for skin issues, also possibly herpes) and is drying, so hastens healing.
also, try peeing in the bath. You pee near the drain and you move away from it. Good luck.
