ive had more bloods done and its showed my iron is a little low. Im always tired, my nose is blocked all the time, for ever clearing my throat, mt throat itches and is dry and so is my mouth at times and i get on and off ear pain. My doc has put it down to my anxiety??? Really can it cause this. All bloods tests for everything else are fine.
