My heart feels like its trying to stop

I'm 21 years old and I have been having heart problems for about 3 years now my heart feels like its beating normal but it's a hard beat and it feels like it wants to stop, kind of like it skips a beat it only does it when I'm lying down, sitting around, or if I put to much stress on my heart. Anyone have any idea what it might be.

Sounds like a heart palpitation. If it is, they're usually nothing to worry about and I get them all the time. But if you want to put your mind at rest you could always get checked out by the doctor?

Like I said though, 9 times out of 10 they're harmless but it wouldn't hurt you to have this confirmed by a professional smile

Im like you exactly,i was like dis before and now i was ok but today it came back again,u just feel realy weird thingz feelingz beats in ur heart and yea its like it skips a beat too

Belly breathe slowly.when you inhale your belly should exoand and then slowly breathe out and your belly should go flar. Thats the proper way to breathe and you dont hyperventilate like that. Singers all belly breathe. When you are consciously belly breathing thinkmof absolutely nothing at all, dont feed any thought at all for three minutes just listen to your breathing. You mind might start peeping in with negative thoughts you just say no for the next three minutes im just focusing on my breathes and do just that. Do this three times a day even when you feel good.definetly when you wake and before bed.  Almost everyine is low on vitamin D, get some 1000 units i think is avergae amiunt a day and take it every single day. Most drs recommend it for everyone anyway. Twenty minutes a day put on your absolute favorite music and just sing and dance around, surprisingly this is a great form of therapy and excersise too. Music uses all of the brain so it is busy and you are having a nice time. Try to stay away from negative lyrics about life ending stuff. Be grateful every single day for three things, even small things and when you wake smile and say aloud im going to have a wonderful and i am grateful for ...and name three things. Stay far away from caffiene and any illegal substances or stimulants. A quick trick is to fill a basin with the warmest water you can stand and olace both hands in , it alters the adrenaline rush reaction inside your body and calms the palpatations. Get an audio book on CBT for anxiety somyou can be knowledgeabke on everything thats haooening. Of course if you havent had a physical..go get one. Try and see as many funny movies as you can, laughing is a terrific medicine for the mind. People with anxiety live in the future and you must learn to live in the moment.it is really all you can do anyway. In the moment living does not ever mean to do stupid stuff or take advantage of your time, it means think and breathe and stay in the moment and focus on whatever task is at hand. You are young and strong, your mind needs to be taught proper way of thinking and coping. Im not going to say its hard, it isnt its just focusing, a lot of focusing on living in the moment. Anything you focus on will create symptoms, anything. So, beaware of your thoughts and do your best to keep them positive. The power of the spoken word is powerful so keep positive as best you can. Lastly, as corny as this sounds whenever you look in the mirror say i love you. At first it will feel weird and you might not feel that way but say it anyway. Loving yourself is incredibly important to healing. This is your body and your mind and you need to accept it as is and love it anyway. Take ine day at a time, take one thought at a time but do not feed into negative thinking. Tell yourself i am in the moment and im going to brethe and since i live myself i deserve and will have a good life.  This ultimate goal here is to retrain your brain. Good luck and feel better.
