I have sex last January and we stop less than 5 mins because I cant stand the pain, can you check is my hymen already torn or is the hymen still intact? I am just nervous for the second time intercourse

I think it’s torn already. Maybe try going slower and warming up more prior to penetration.

No one can tell you for sure, but seems that it is not broken.
