I hear ya ! I feel the same way too and I’m almost 50.
However I have started to miss a few periods here and there but the rest of all the other 500 symptoms lol , it seems are staying loyal and hanging on like troopers . Lord help us all at least we know we are not alone .

Oh I can relate..I’m 47..started perimenopause about 2 years ago...absolutely dreadful..hate the constant rotation of symptoms, feeling old, ugly and crazy...Not to mention anxiety, particularly health anxiety. A real hoot..haven’t found anything good about it, but will let you know if I do! 👎😞💩
