Hi lady's,

I had my historectomy yesterday by keyhole and i have been fine, the only problem is bloating and feeling slightly uncomfortable. I can take paracetomol if required and i have to self inject for 25 days to thin my blood.

I could have come home 8 hours after the op but was sick and didn't want to be ill in the taxi so stayed over night.

Hi christine.  You sound so positive!  I am still waiting to hear what treatment I will be having for fibroids- but wish you a speedy recovery xx

Sounds like your on the way.....however, please take it easy, this is still a major operation x

I have really suffered with the trapped wind today but thats the worst thing so far.

It will be of comfort to me if my little message has helped to put your minds at rest.

My husband wouldn't let me do anything until it is possible anyway, i am so lucky. He has just given me my first injection and did it better than the nurse!

I will be thinking of you all.
