Two days ago my partner of four months was diagnosed with chlamydia. He is getting treatment. I got tested and will know in two days. He thinks I was unfaithful and gave it to him. If I had chlamydia and not know it, why would he get symptoms four months into the relationship? Also the timing is suspicious because I was out of town three weeks ago. I’m worried he was the one that was actually unfaithful. What are the chances of getting it from my partner? Has someone been with an infected partner and not get infected? I’m really worried.
If you guys are sleeping with each other you will get infected as well, if you do it unprotected of course but protected sex you don’t have nothing to worry about. But he could have had it before you and didn’t know and jst stafted showing symptoms. I had chlamydia and how i found out was jst from a annual physical I didn’t have no symptoms so who knew how long I had it since

Show him that result and tell him he was the one that gave you it . I mean regardless it’s curable! So take your antibiotic and leave him if he yoy think he’s cheating or he could’ve had it before and didn’t know himself
