Since past one week i am facing these itchiness on the foreskin of my penis. It gets so itchi at times i have to go to the washroom and scratch so hard that it leaves a scar. How can i get rid of this?

It sounds like it might just be balanitis though, which wouldn't normally mean you need to see a doctor. These links may help:

Wash your penis (including behind foreskin) with water at least once a day, and urinate and wash after you've ejaculated. You could also try canesten cream.

Ge3t it checked as the right stuff will need to be applied. Maybe fungal, but a Doctor should tell you. As ml66uk says it might be worth trying Canesten (or Daktarin) if it is.
Past time to see a dr. Could be an array of many things. Don't guess, just go.
