Ive had protected sex a few weeks back and immediately the day after my penis head started to get dry. Im umcircumsized but there is no discharges or bumps or soreness when i pee. If it's balanitis, then it will probably clear up by itself, but washing (with water, no soap), daily and after taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream.
