My penis has been colder than usual for the past six months. Sometimes it feels extremely cold to the point where it's nearly numb. It's very uncomfortable, the coldness worsens when I'm constipated or sometimes after a bowel movement. I don't know whether that's a coincidence or not. I also feel nauseous. Another thing that I've noticed is that my foreskin feels softer than usual. It feels weak as if its inflamed or infected. It develops small micro tears easier. I have phimosis so maybe that caused me to have an infection? I don't know whether this is an infection though or maybe a low circulation problem. I don't have any redness but I have a raised bump on one side of my penis head. It doesn't hurt and I don't think it's gotten any bigger. I can't exactly see what it is though due to my phimosis. Does anyone know what this could be?
Try stretching your foreskinm over the course of a month if you keep at it it will open up- it has to. As for the low circulation issue is diabetes a concern for you. The raised bump may be a result of the phimosis- diabetic patients bodies arent able to heal themselves very well and as a result all of the dead skin cells it may have caused this bump. Microtears arent symptoms of a healthy foreskin, usually only infections like a yeast infection may be to blame. Stretch your foreskin open and then you can see what your dealing with
What Tang3 is getting at I fully agree with. I have experiences similar phenomena to this. Blood circulation is something you can help your penis with. I wonder if you do regular exercise, or perhaps you do a great deal of physical training?
It is really about getting regular movement in that area of your body - and I am not talking in a Sexual or masterbatory sense - gently flexing movements in all directions, or if you are familiar with massage techniques you could use an inert lube to do gentle massage of your penile region.
This is something most men are not good at, or even think about. But if you imagine if you have no activity at all in that region of your body, that is not going to help. It is best to do this form of exercise when you get out of bed or have had a warm shower.
Again as Tang3 suggests, you may have health issues that are helping to create the wrong circumstances for this to exist for you right now - but, only by doing something different to what is currently happening for you right now will change the outcome of what you have. If you have not been medically checked for a while, then go get everything checked in terms of what could be causing this coldness and numbness …
