my penis has been dry lately and have some redness aswell sometimes itchy, I have no problems when peeing, i'm also itchy between my toes, fingers and also my wristes, my soles are cracking and a bit of my wrist too. I also experience itch in my ass cheek and near the hole too.

I get this sometimes, I use a special penis moisturizer called Man1 Oil. It’s pricey but it works for me. I try to get an erection and put it on, I find that it rubs in better with the skin tight (and well, it feels pretty good too 
I had tried a typical moisturizer (Aveeno) but it didn’t help much and I read that the penile skin is different than other skin. Message me if you have questions.
