I have a problem each time I do my No2 because the stool are forming to big leaving me in great agony and pain I also have a sore anus for a half an hour afterwards What can I take to alleviate this problem ?

Make sure you are drinking enough water first of all as hydration is really important.
Psyillium is a great thing to try as this natural product is a form of soluble fibre that retains water and creates a softer bulked stool that is easier to pass.
You could also try adding chia seeds to your diet as these seeds retain a huge amount of moisture which will help soften your stool in a similar way to psyllium.
There are also many laxatives you can try, my favourite is movicol or laxido as they work gently and don’t work by causing intestinal spasms like most other laxatives.
Another thing that can help is reducing fibre. Fibre is great for your digestion but with constipation insoluble fibre can make thinks so much worse so reduce what you are having and stick to soluble fibre.
It helps to keep a diary as you can identify possible trigger foods and eliminate them.
