All of my research on google (which is terrifying) leads back to something like balantisis or possibly molluscum (forgive my spelling) - and NOT an STI...
Here is photo - again, so small, not even 'hard' unless moisturized, doesnt hurt at all, no discharges of any kind etc...it almost looks to disappear when I take a hot shower.
Yes I have been cleaning myself with minimal soap and using clean towels since etc etc...
Anyone with insight please on this ONE small red spot?
