Thursday I ran for 30 minutes and then began a harsh leg workout! A 1 hour and 30 minutes workout! It was that long because I didn't notice time go by. Too busy killing it! Well, 2 days later, my legs hurts so much! My left leg hurts way more though! I can barely walk! The inside of my leg, like towards my junk hurts alot! A LOT! I haven't worked out that muscle in Ages! But it hurts so muuuuch! How can I releif the pain? It's hurts more now because I went running for an hour.
You could take a pain killer until the worst of the muscle pain is over.
were abouts in the leg is the muscle problem ? if it is the calf use Arnica gel,and massage it in or get someone to do it for you deep assage and either co-codamol 30/500 or 15/500 if it is in the thigh do the same.i have a condition called clonuswhich is simular to MS AND PARKINSON and it affects the musclesfrom my feet up to my hamstrings and quads
Okay, most of it is over. Still hurts but liveable. Yesterday it was hard to even walk!
