Hi All, I need help again please can anyone advise. So today having bad day I am having lots of random dream flashbacks and mini deja vu feelings. What could this be?
I also randomly before had the smell of smoke when no one else could smell it and I panicked immediately I felt a cramp feeling in my stomach. After googling it says it could be another aura warning seizure sign?
I feel these seizures are back in force? Can anyone advise if anxiety can cause these?
Please see a doctor it is the best way to be diagnosed.
Been to all kinds of doctors and neurologists
question… after having all these symptoms, for a very long time, . have you ever had a grand mal seizure?
The bottom line is if you have not by now, you are not going to have one.
not one single doctor can find anything wrong.
We are trying to tell you that your symptoms are extremely common with severe anxiety disorder.
you are in constant fear. a fear that is actually not based on any solid facts.
you could be 70 years old and still fearing this daily .
. That would be a terrible waste of a life. 
Agree with Jan. Why not worry about it in the unlikely event it actually happens then get treatment.
mate your going to drive yourself into being sectioned if you dont get on top of this.
