My semen is Clear, watery and Sometimes light yellow is this normal?

I am a 29-year-old male with very good health. For about 2 weeks now my semen has been clear and Watery or sometimes Light yellow and watery. Typically my semen is very thick and white. I have been checked for std's since previous relations and I am all clear. I stay very hydrated during the day and avoid tea/coffee. I don't drink, smoke or use any drugs of any kind. I have attached a photo of Then and Now is this normal? Is there anything else that this could be, i.e. non-sexual related infection? Should I get retested for STD's Again? I have already made an appointment for Next Friday kind of nervous this hasn't ever happened to me before! checked out or is it nothing to worry about? Any advice and answers would be very helpful!!

I forgot to add this No pains at all during ejaculation or urinating.

How often are you ejaculating each day, or week in total? For something like this while there can be several things that can contribute to quality of semen, such a food for example, the most critical factor is the frequency at which you are ejaculating. So for example, a male who is ejaculating 4 or 5 times a day on a regular basis the quality of semen will diminish, as will amount produced diminish. You could have a relatively rare medical condition causing this - it would be best for you to see a doctor. Have you mentioned this issue when you were tested for STD's? People dealing with sexual health are the best people to be dealing with this for you, or the best specialist to see would be a Urologist ......

I barely masturbate once a week don't have time I work 7 days a week and I don't get off until early mornings. When I do have time I'm exhausted and just don't want to do it. This issue just started 2 weeks ago. Prior to that I was fine.

So just to elaborate a little more: quality of semen can be related to the overall health of the body. If you are doing physically demanding work, then not eating nutritious food regularly this can eventually lead to poor overall health. If you have been in this situation of working 7 days a week for an extended period then the body cannot deal with these situations, particularly if the right forms of nutrition are just not present for an extended time also. My advice would be to see a medical professional, particularly if you have not had a medical check for sometime .....

So I tested positive for Chlamydia😔 this is what was cause the change in sperm color.

So I was Subscribed Azithromycin two pills and was told to come back to get retested in November. So far the color in my semen is slowly coming back.

In relation to the above conversation. How long should it take for the antibiotics (Azithromycin) to completely clear the Chlamydia infection.
