i am a virgin 18 year old and i masturbate like 2-3 times a week but i didn't feel some kind of symptoms like burning when urinating etc. but i feel my penis becomes weak like erectile dysfunction. Hope you guys will answer this topic because I am now really worried and conscious about my health. thank you
When you say you are conscious about your health, do you have issues of concern other than what is happening to your penis? When you say your penis becomes weak, in what circumstances does this occur? If you can, contrast this with the way it was previously? So the yellowing of the semen can be natural, and can even be linked to your regular diet. Particularly as you have not been sexually active yet that would suggest there is not too much to be concerned about
so that means there's nothing wrong in me like no damaged urethra?
A damaged Urethra would be very difficult to bring about, it is not a typical health issue for the penis. The most common thing is a Urinary Tract Infection - for most young people this can be simply resolved be ensuring you take on sufficient fluids on a daily basis - avoid drinking lots of coffee, drink plenty of water. Your liquid intake should be about 2 Litres per-day
what should I do in order to make my sperm white again?
Okay, there are two approaches to this, the natural, and, the medical:
- as you never had sex it is very unlikely that you have something like an infection that has caused this
- simply ensure you are drinking plenty of fluids everyday, fluid intake should add-up to around 2 litres a day consisting of things like fruit juice, tea, coffee, and most importantly, water
- avoid drinking lots of caffeinated coffee
- avoiding masturbation for 2 or 3 weeks may also help
- if you have got into a lockdown routine that is not particularly active try being as active as you can during the next 3 weeks at least, cycling and running and being generally active active with a combination of things is good rather than being mainly inactive day after day
- this may help greatly to help your general physiological state and help with your state of mind
- if you had a UTI you would experience either burning sensations when you urinate or / and have pains in the lower abdomen
- as you have neither of these that would suggest you do not need to seek medical treatment
- however, if the all original symptoms you complained of exist after 2 to 3 months I would suggest at least contacting a GP to check out of there could be a medical reason behind what you have going on
Good Luck - get out and enjoy life as much as you can!
Semen comes in a variety of shades, from clean white to creamy yellow. My semen has been a yellowish colour since I was a teenager. I have never had any STD's or thrush etc. I did talk about this with my doc a few years back and was told this is completely normal.
