hey I'm my name is Kevin and for some reason my foreskin has gotten super tighter and really dry I used to be able to take it out easily but now its hard and it hurts to also for my balls it's super dry on one side my balls and hurts can I get any help about this please.

Maybe a fungal infection? Some questions. How long have you had these symptoms, and is it your scrotum that hurts, or is the pain coming from your testicles? How old are you, and are you sexually active, diabetic or taking antibiotics for anything?
