Meine Zähne fühlen sich an, als hätte ich eiskaltes Wasser getrunken

Has anyone experience very sensitive teeth it's like I drank something really cold but I didn't almost like I'm holding ice on my teeth just weird feeling

Yes. And my gums bleed a lot easier now. In fact I'm just more run down in general during this phase. I've had the flu last few days, now I'm left with laryngitis. I just want to feel normal again xx

Yes. I thought all my teeth were decaying away last spring. Hot and cold beverages I would literally since in pain. Got all checked out by my dentist. Nothing wrong. It's very normal to have that sensitivity with peri-menopsuse.

I started brushing with Sensodyne without the whitener in it. Seems a lot better in my gums. Do try that and see how it works for you. Someone on this forum also mentioned brushing with Clive toothpaste. I haven't tried that, but maybe worth looking into as well. The Sensodyne Pronamel without whitener worked for me though.

Good Luck Monique!

I meant Clove toothpaste not Clive. Darn spellcheck.

Thank you seems like never ending symptoms with this menopause grrr

Yes, Monique I had the same issue, went to my dentist and gave me Sensodyne.   Since my gums were receding and it felt like I had a huge open cavity which I didn't, he said to rub some Sensodyne on the tooth and leave it for about a half hour then wash it off but to use it as my regular toothpaste.

Too rub it on the receding part of the tooth, up against the gum line. Haven't had it since doing it once.

Hi Monique, I've experienced the same, painful teeth & gums but not all the time and not too painful but definitely sensitive. I'll have to give the sensodyne a try 😊
