My Thyroid Results - are they normal or not?

T3 is 1.58 ng/ml

T4 is 8.27 ug/dl

TSH is 4.07 uU/ML

I am male, 27 year old. I dont eat outside food, no alcohol, and no bad habit. But i dont know why i feel little inflammation in my throat. I drink cold water inflammation gets little better. There is always mucus dripping inside mouth, sometimes mucus is so bad that it stinks of rotten eggs and fish.

I cant tolerate heat, it gets to my head. I can't go out in sun, 

My brain is not relaxed, and i am also facing ejaculation problem. It takes alot of time to release sperm and sometimes my face become red even when i masturbate.

Your numbers look reasonable, so it's time to see your psysician.  As for the red face when you ... Well, that's pretty normal😜

Hashimoto's thyroiditis may be the cause; you may also have a food intolerance.
