My tongue has been coated in white since forever, over 6 years as I can remember or even longer. I don't know what to do please help even brushing does nothing really.

Try a tongue scraper. Also, you should probably see a dentist about itt
You need to add a large photo to be sure but from that 1in x 0.75in pic I can see it looks perfectly normal. Right now I am suffering from a yellow coated tongue I can brush it off but by 12-24 hours I see the coating starting again.
Had pos test for h. pylori (I found a couple lymph nodes not swollen or painful but I could move them around and about peanut size under jaw and the other on jawline) and even after that it is still coming back not other symptoms daily occuring my indegestion and reflux ended shortly after I got through my H. Pylori medicine.
Have you tried coconut oil pulling. Too hard to give you all the details but you can look it up. It's meant to be very good for you.
