I have only been sexually active with one person so far in my life. we did not use protection and we did have oral sex.
He has had previous sexual partners before me.

The appearances are entirely normal. If you’re worried about STDs, you should see your doctor to get tested as many infections can be asymptomatic, e.g. chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, syphilis, etc.
