Lately I have seen two weird spots on top of my penis. Could you help me please?

Do they hurt?
Have you injured your penis in any way?
How old are you?
Which country are you in?
Are you sexually active?
Looks like blood/bruise under the skin as if there was trauma to the head. Do you remember being rough with it or something like that? Are you on aspirin regimen or other blood thinners?
