my wife took 2 effecor XR pills and having side effects cant sleep and bad headachs what can i do to prevent these side effects

XR are these the slow release tablets ? if so,I really don’t know.. I take the 75mg tablets that you take twice a day.. If it’s too bad.. I suggest back to the Doctor.. for advice..
