Hello, I feel as if I am not the only one that is currently experiencing this. I am making this post so we can all have some closure. Here is my story: I received unprotected oral sex with a woman almost 3 weeks ago. I went home and immediately used a LOT of old spice body wash. The next day I woke up to some mild burning/ pain on the tip of my penis. Since then, peeing has become a little painful at times and my stream is no where near as strong as it used to be 3 weeks ago. I had really bad back pain starting a week after then it now has migrated to my right back/flank area ( I assume it is my kidney that hurts now because my muscles dont seem sore). I have 24/7 kidney pain. I was tested for ALL STDs 12 days after and was negative across the board. (HSV negative too). The kidney pain is much worse than the penis pain but it feels like someone is squeezing my urethra/penis head. I don't want to attach photos. Doctors and urologists say everything looks perfectly fine. I see some purple spots around the corona but they think it is caused due to trauma. I have been checking the area quite often so it makes sense. My urine was tested 4 times and it was super clean. Docs even mentioned how clean it was. I have more urine being tested for more variables like bacteria now and will have those results soon. I got a ultrasound of my kidney/scrotum. Waiting for those results and will let you all know when I get it this week. I think i have some sort of kidney infection that was caused due to bacteria in my urethra. If I am right, that explains the penis pain and kidney pain. Please comment if you have same symptoms or found a solution. I have read that it is a mental problem. The more you worry about it the more your body creates the symptoms. Thats what my doctors all told me.
Hey, you don’t have kidney problem, when there is a lot of gastric pressure created in stomach sometimes it causes pain in kidney, I had the same issue and thought that my kidney is damaged or what but it was gases which were building up in my stomach. As I’m not a doctor I can’t prescribe you a medication but you can discuss this with your doc he will guide you further
Doctors found ecoli in my urine. I am taking antibiotics but it does not help the flank pain. Still have pain when urinating/ejaculating
