Yes I've noticed that the last 2 months. I've little ridges appearing vertically on 2 nails. I was only just showing my husband. Didn't think it could be peri related xxx

Oh my gosh - I have one on my middle finger; the same (and only finger) I also have an awful looking lump (arthritis perhaps?) - had no idea to ask this as thought it only me and I had damaged it sometime/somewhere in my past - this stinks - how many more ailments will present themsevles with peri/menopause?
I think I am going to write a script for a hilarious comedy - sure no-one except those "in the loop" will believe all these incidents
Only thing is it is not so funny!

I'm sure many would and would be so awful being in the public eye so much - however they can afford the specialist food treatments and medical care not on offer for everyday folks - wouldn't swap places though
