for over a week had constant blocked nose , both nostrils, or one side running , struggling to breath, apparentlty starting snoring really bad , eyes and nose itching , sometimes clear mucus, when i can blow my nose, sometimes yellow, sometimes traces of blood, and have a crackling in my ears and feel that my head is full of pressure ,throat feels a little sore and red, when i,ve looked at it ,i have a couple of bumps inside my
nose ,went GP about 2 weeks ago thinking was hayfever tryed everything
for this had some steriods that didn,t work, now started taking all vitamins
to back on the vit c and chlorella daily to try and build my immune system up. I don,t have any facial pain, but have frontal headache. i,ve tryed nasal saline rinse , manuka honey etc , everything i can think of ,and still struggling
Tracey sounds like a sinus infection to me. I think you should try and have the dr. Prescribe a round of Augmentin, an antibiotic used a lot for sinus infections. I've had quite a few and this knocked them out. Zap

Hi Tracey we have 3 sets of sinuses - one set over eyebrows, I believe they're called ethmoid, another down the side of our nose, and the big ones In our cheeks. I had a polyp in my left sinus in my cheek, it was sore. So the answer to facial pain is yes. Hope I'm right. Let me know. Zap
Argh right ok can, no ,i asked if i would have facial pain an i don,t really ,but in between my an over my brows is a dull heady feeling, could you see in your nose any bumps , i had polyps years ago in my teens, an even now i can feel tiny bumps on the outside of my nose , not sure if old scaring or new ones tbh ??? i have a couple of bumps and some redness inside , i looked with a torch , bit mad i know haha ,I hope your,re right,i willl let you know, much appreciated.
Yeah, you could have polyps in your nose. There's some kind of infection going on. Are you in the US? If it's polyps, they could also be infected. In that case, you might need to see an ENT dr. You looked with a torch?? What's wrong with a flashlight? We all do strange stuff when we're sick. I've. Peed in a cup to look at my urine and asked my friend to do the same so I could compare the color when I thought I had a Uti. Also a bit mad lol. Good luck Zap
Hi i,m in the UK , haha a flashlight is the same as a torch here, i rang my GP they said ring tomorrow ,hopefully i,ll get an appointment soon , woke with terrible frontal headache, i find that amusing asking your friend about your urine, that is something i,d probably do myself
