I'm on calcium tablets and have to have senakot and laxidos to help me
Haven't tried vacuum to reduce diarrhoea but I'd be wary of taking too much, I doubt you can overdose on it but it's bound to have some side effects.
Aloe Vera is terrible for IBS don't take it.
My brother couldn't tolerate aloe vera when he had IBS, however everyone is different.
Aloe vera juice is very nice, I take it with Cranberry Juice, every morning without fail.
