Is there a bug going around which make one feel very sick but not being sick and no diarrhea,keep belching, mouth goes dry and feeling ehausted after bending with very tender sore feeling right over the pancreas area. generally feeling unwell with aching legs. Seeing dr. on Wednesday. Also light headed feeling as well.

Yes this is a virus its gone right through my family.....feeling nauseas but not vomitting although the little ones have been sick...the nausea seems to come and go...and yes feelin exhausted and aches and pains and thirdt. It lasts for 4-5 days then fades out..but you are doing the right thing getting checked by your doc just incase something else lurking....best wishes....

well been to doctors, am having a scan and blood tests, been given omeprazole which im not taking, three weeks now and still feeling sick, flat in the tummy when i wake up but by the evening soo swollen just under my ribs all across and feels so sore.
