For the past 6-9 months i have suffered with nausea, left stomach pain just below ribcage and left back pain which radiates up my spine to my shoulders and neck. This originally started as a low stomach pain on and off. Then all of a sudden when out one day a wave of nausea hit me and has not left me. Now, as well as the symptoms discussed, i have difficulty sleeping waking up all hours of the night and morning, and my bowel movements are all over the place but very dark. Additionally i have a heavy chest, my chest hurts and i'm constantly bloated with on and off headaches. i have had every test you could think of and they have all come back negative and i was advised that this was stress related or all in my head. Please, could anyone help me?!?

Hi e4759, sorry you are going through this! I have same symptoms minus the nausea thankfully. I too have had so many negative tests. Going in for a colonoscopy this week. Lately my chest feels heavy too and I feel breathless. I’m having a hard time deciphering it from anxiety or something physical. Like pj curious what tests you have had. I hope you find relief soon!
