there are many diseases causing Nausea so what your symptom? you must

find the causes of disease not to treat nausea by supplements  !!!!

Hi Lydia, I take Metroclopramide, it is an anti nausea tablet and I find it really helps me. I get them prescribed by my G.P.. Hope this helps😊

I don't agree with our friend about using anti Nausea . it is like to make

salty water a sweet by adding suger on it? there is at least one  reason for this nausea . any gut disorder make nausea . may be you you have a sensitivity for

one food you eat,so you can avoided for some time and see the result.I suggest

go to eat fresh food at your kichen  ,that mean you can discover the reason by your self .If not work your doctor must make some tests.

Hi Lydia

i just take one tablet in the morning as I wake up with nausea but then it eases as the day goes on. You can take up to 3 a day but I never do. Hope this helps you😊
