I've been to ENT doctor within last month for ringing in ears. Now I have these other things going on. I got so dizzy and lightheaded testing thought I was going to pass out. Of course my panic is telling me I have something serious wrong. Any advice or comfort.π π π π π π π π π π π
Since you mentioned your eye a quick visit to an eye dr would be a smart idea.
Ringing in the ears is a very common symptom of anxiety. I have had that for years and so do millions of other people so don't feel alone with that. It is difficult to get rid of but when I'm lying down to try and sleep, I will often put in earbuds with white noise or calming.
music so I don't have to hear the ringing. It is Harmless. It's just annoying. Dizziness and lightheaded is also common with anxiety .
you need to work on managing the anxiety. A book called mindfulness is a great read in learning how to manage the anxiety.
also you can listen to some great meditation audios found on YouTube. Just search for meditations for anxiety. There are many to choose from. Lay down and use some earbuds and listen. They really calm me down.

If you have ringing in your ear and are dizzy you more then likely have an inner ear problem. What did the ENT say? I know it's easy for us to always think the worse when ant symptom strikes no matter how small, we are so aware of our bodies that any little thing can send is straight into panic and worry but honestly most of the times it's either nothing or something minor. The human body can't run smoothly all the time.
Whatever you do, don't Google your symptoms! Google can seriously be the worse nightmare for someone with health anxiety.
I know it's hard. I have been going through some really scary things medical wise since a couple weeks before Easter and I find myself in a struggle with my anxiety lately but I'm doing my very best to keep calm as I know anxiety can make everything much worse.
Anyways, the symptoms your describing are classic for an inner ear problem and the ENT is the best person to figure it out.
Good luck β‘
