So I am nearing the end of my 4th week and the tiredness is just not going away it seems to be getting worse!! I have tried taking it in the morning afternoon and now take it before bed and I am still sooooo tired!! It's horrible BUT I have been feeling better in myself! Today I am quite nauseous so not sure if that is a side effect, but can anyone shed some light please? Thanks x
hang in there nicola it does get easier tierdness is one of the worst side effects i was the same another couple of weeks and the tierdness should subside though everyone is different hope this helps x

Hi Nicola. It maybe that this drug just doesn't suit you or alternatively you need a higher dose. Either way you need to return to your GP. Some people need to take another drug alongside this one also. Only your GP knows best so please visit at your earliest opportunity.
My tiredness has still not gone away i take 40mg daily before bed and have done since September 2014. I have to keep reminding myself that without Cit I probably would be dead.
Okay then I will do! I feel so rough!
