plus ur butter but melt it first then it spreads further so u dont have to use so much,

Hi, nora.. That sounds great thanks, I am only in my second week in now so still finding everything new and find it hard to put meals toghther.. Do you have any ideas on what lean meat you can steam apart from chicken..? Getting a bit sick of having the same thing.. weight watchers have some great low in fat snacks and the meals are good too.. Hope you are well... lola..
fish steams beautifully - wrap in foil with a few herbs and mushrooms and put in the steamer.

why not get one of the sachets of herbs and sprinkle over the boring chicken breast to give it some flavour, u can get bbq, chinese, tikka
and its spices so not so many calories as there would be in a sauce,
im only on my 4th day, but have been dieting for a while and not seem to be getting anywhere, but i think its working as ive had the orange stuff yuk! but if there's a result then its worth it!
